With only 60 homes in total, Époque is deliberately lower in density than the larger towers rising across Meydan Horizon, a scale intended to preserve a sense of privacy and familiarity among neighbours. Crystal lagoons, a central park and views towards the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary shape the district’s character, while residential, commercial and retail elements are integrated within a pedestrian-friendly street grid. Époque was launched alongside Verso, a 15-storey tower of 174 residences, giving Reportage Group two distinct products within the community from day one.
