The three bedroom townhomes provide 204 sqm with four bathrooms and parking for three cars, while the four bedroom townhomes extend to 237 sqm with five bathrooms and staff accommodation. The four bedroom golf homes offer 372 sqm and five bathrooms, and the five bedroom range villas reach 547 sqm with seven bathrooms, main and secondary kitchens, and rooms for a maid, driver and security staff.

Prices at Hudayriyat Golf Estates start from AED 4.25 million for the three bedroom townhomes, rising through the villa tiers to AED 35.55 million for the golf mansions. All homes are offered on Modon’s 40/60 payment plan: just 5% is payable on reservation, followed by seven instalments of 5% through construction, in March and September of each year from March 2027 to March 2030. The remaining 60% falls due only on handover, keeping the construction-period commitment to 40% of the price.

Starting prices vary by residence type, plot position and release phase, and current availability should be confirmed with Modon. Final prices, instalment dates and terms are governed by the Sale and Purchase Agreement issued at booking.
