The developer’s launch price list sets one bedroom apartments from AED 1,100,000, two bedroom apartments from AED 1,750,000 and three bedroom apartments from AED 2,300,000, with two bedroom duplexes from AED 2,500,000 and three bedroom duplexes from AED 3,500,000. The payment plan is a 50/50 structure designed to keep the pre-handover commitment low: 10% on booking, a further 40% in instalments through construction to handover, and the remaining 50% spread across three years after handover.
