That setting gives residents water and green space at home and the city close by. Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and the Dubai Design District sit a short drive away, and Dubai International Airport is reachable in about a quarter of an hour. Pricing at The Level is reported from AED 1,370,000 for one bedroom apartments, AED 2,600,000 for two bedroom apartments and AED 8,000,000 for retail units. The payment structure in circulation is a reported 35/65 plan, with only 35% payable before handover and 65% due when the home is ready.

The reported plan runs as follows: 10% on booking, then 25% during construction across six instalments of 10%, 3%, 3%, 3%, 3% and 3%, with the remaining 65% on handover.
