Verso by Reportage Group is a 15-storey residential tower at Meydan Horizon, the emerging waterfront community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai. Launched on 2 October 2026, Verso is the larger of the two developments with which Reportage Group marked its debut in the community.

Rising above two podium levels on a 2,487 sqm plot, the tower comprises 174 residences spanning one, two and four-bedroom apartments. Its design is shaped by “The Other Side”, a concept that pairs the energy of connected city living with open surroundings, time outdoors and room to slow down.

Set beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, with crystal lagoons, canals, boardwalks and a central park on its doorstep, Verso offers an active, social lifestyle within one of Dubai’s newest waterfront destinations. Pricing, payment terms and handover dates had not been announced at the time of launch.

Verso’s 174 residences are arranged across 15 upper floors, set above a ground floor, two podium levels and two basement levels on a 2,487 sqm plot. One-bedroom apartments form the core of the collection, complemented by a substantial number of two-bedroom homes suited to couples and small families.

Two four-bedroom residences crown the offering, providing a larger family format rarely found within a tower of this scale. The building is supported by 192 dedicated parking bays and ground-floor retail, while detailed floor plans and individual unit sizes had not been released at the time of launch.

Ras Al Khor Road (E66) connects the community with Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport, placing the development within comfortable reach of the city’s principal business and leisure districts.

The Meydan Horizon Master Community

Meydan Horizon, master developed by Nakheel, is a mixed-use waterfront community spanning approximately 180 hectares within Mohammed Bin Rashid City. A canal of around two kilometres winds through the community, served by a boardwalk of approximately four kilometres.

Crystal lagoons, a central park and views towards the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary shape the district’s character, while residential, commercial and retail elements are integrated within a pedestrian-friendly street grid. Verso was launched alongside Époque, a six-storey boutique building of 60 residences, giving Reportage Group two distinct products within the community from day one.

Reportage Group introduced Verso at its Meydan Horizon debut in October 2026. At the time of launch, starting prices for the tower had not been published, and no official price list had been released.
