Current published prices at Zeta start from AED 640,000 for a studio, with one bedroom apartments from AED 1,100,000, two bedroom apartments from AED 1,900,000 and three bedroom apartments from AED 2,400,000. The published payment plan follows a 60/40 structure, with 60 percent payable during construction and 40 percent on handover.

The detailed instalment schedule within the 60/40 structure has not yet been published in full. Buyers should confirm the booking amount, instalment dates and final price of a specific residence in the developer’s official sales documentation before reserving.
